The location is quite convenient for exploring Stoke-on-Trent. Plenty of attractions are nearby, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, and the comfortable bed made for good nights of sleep. the common areas suffered from a noisy atmosphere due to permanent tenants making noise late into the night. The shared bathroom was not well maintained. it had mould and dirt, which was unpleasant. The situation with the lack of a TV in the room was frustrating, particularly as they seemed to ignore my inquiry about it. some dedicated attention to cleanliness and noise control would enhance the experience here significantly.

A place with real character
The vibrant atmosphere was a delightful surprise, filled with local artistry and charm. Strolling through the common areas, I admired the unique decor that reflected Stoke-on-Trent's history.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards left much to be desired. The shared bathroom was frequently unkempt, with mould evident and a strong odor lingering that detracted from the experience.

I had a relaxing time enjoying the cozy reading corner and a nice cup of coffee with my favorite book. The hotel offered great options like a peaceful garden and a movie lounge for unwinding after exploring. Just be aware that the parking can get a bit tight during busy hours, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment. 😊

The vibrant atmosphere offered some unique culinary experiences, and the occasional live music events added a nice touch to the evenings. Outdoor movie nights provided a fun, relaxed environment that allowed guests to unwind after a long day.
The noise from outside was problematic, particularly on busy nights. I found the limited parking space quite frustrating, especially when arriving later in the evening. Dining prices felt steep for budget travelers, and the slow service at the bar meant that waiting for drinks became part of the experience. Rooms lacked basic features like a TV, and the shared bathroom left much to be desired with its cleanliness issues. Coupled with inconsistent internet connectivity, these factors made it challenging to fully enjoy my stay.

The shared bathroom could use better maintenance.

Decent stay with quirks
Had a chill vibe, and I loved the cozy little garden area to sit outside with coffee. The shared space was artsy, reflecting local culture, which was a nice touch. But the lack of clean plates and cutlery was kinda annoying, and parking can get tight. Def needed better communication from staff about some things.
